Everyone loves the WhatsApp CTA. "Click to chat" feels direct.
But cold traffic that lands in WhatsApp behaves like cold traffic anywhere — it browses, it ghosts.
What worked better for us
- Lead form captures the intent first — name, number, one qualifying question.
- WhatsApp comes second — for immediate follow-up, within minutes.
- Then repeated, polite follow-up. Most conversions happen after the 3rd touch, not the 1st.
WhatsApp isn't the funnel. It's the closing room. The form fills the room.
Speed matters more than script: the fastest response usually wins the lead.
What's been your experience — form-first or chat-first? I'm curious what other operators are seeing.
