I'm telling you because I think hiding it is a mistake.
Here's my setup: I write and approve every script. I record real video regularly so the avatar stays honest to how I actually speak. The avatar handles the production grind — multiple platforms, multiple languages, every week.
Why I'm open about it
- Trust is the whole asset. If my audience discovered it themselves, everything else I say becomes suspect.
- The thinking is the value. Nobody follows me for my camera presence. They follow for systems that work.
- This IS the demonstration. I sell AI systems that do real work. My content engine is one of them, running in public.
The line I won't cross: the avatar never says anything I haven't approved. Words are mine; rendering is automated.
Founders: this is the leverage question of 2026. Not "should I use AI" — but "which part of my work is actually me, and which part is production?"
